Terms of Use
Introduction
These terms govern access to and use of the ISKA platform made available at aresplan.com and related domains. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
ISKA is operated by the natural person behind the aresplan.com domain. The domain name does not denote a registered company unless separately stated in a customer agreement.
The service
ISKA provides court scheduling, roster management, and related planning tools. Features may vary by module, licence, and deployment. We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and access
Access is provided by invitation or registration as enabled for your organisation. You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect the service or other users.
Acceptable use
You must use ISKA lawfully and only for authorised court or organisational purposes. You must not attempt to breach security, interfere with the service, or upload malicious content.
Customer data
Your organisation retains ownership of data it enters into ISKA. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. Separate data processing terms may apply under a customer agreement.
Availability and support
We aim to keep ISKA available and supported during agreed service hours for deployed environments. Maintenance windows may be scheduled with notice where possible.
Disclaimer and liability
ISKA is provided as a professional scheduling tool. Scheduling decisions remain the responsibility of the court or organisation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in any applicable customer agreement; otherwise liability is limited to direct damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the changes for open-access pages; contracted customers are governed by their agreement where it differs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with feedback@aresplan.com.
